Why Yuva Setu !
YUVA SETU was started by Anubhav Niranjan, Secretary of Arise Society, after years of seeing bright youth in Orai (Jalaun) struggle with unemployment, skill gaps, costly coaching, poor career guidance, and a widening digital divide. Many students—especially girls—left studies early or migrated for low-paid work. Local talent needed a bridge from learning to livelihoods.
YUVA SETU is that bridge. We provide 100% free skill training, mentoring, and community-library support so every young person can learn, earn, and grow with dignity—right here in Orai.

YUVA SETU is an Arise Society initiative dedicated to unlocking opportunity for rural youth. We combine free skill education, a resource-rich Community Library, and career guidance into one supportive platform. Learners gain practical, job-ready abilities through courses like Sewing & Tailoring, Domestic Electrician & Solar Basics, Computer & Coding, and Spoken English. Alongside classes, we offer mentorship, resume and interview prep, entrepreneurship support, and pathways to internships, apprenticeships, and placements.
